Pre Sale Questions

Once you’ve completed your purchase, we’ll send you a confirmation email with the purchase information to your given email.

As soon as we start packing and processing your order, you will receive a confirmation email including:

  • Order number

  • Shipping details

  • Tracking link

All inquiries will be handled by our Customer Support Department. You can also troubleshoot concerns by dispute resolution.

Note: It may take 2–5 days to get your Tracking Number (TKN). The TKN will be active once your order is ready to ship.

Pre-shipment process:

  • All items may take 5–7 business days to process before shipping.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Holidays

  • Customs

  • Weather conditions

  • Social events

  • Temporary technical issues

  • Unexpected pandemics

We are not responsible for undeliverable packages caused by missing/incomplete/incorrect destination information.

Uncontrollable delays may include:

  • IR Disputes/Strikes

  • Weather conditions

  • Holiday season

  • Large or bulky items

  • Shipping provider errors

If the customer refuses the package, CarSilk reserves the right to abandon the package(s). No refund will be provided.
  • We cannot guarantee if customs duties/taxes will apply.

  • Customers are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes, and fees.

  • Please consult your country’s customs office for details.

  • If goods don’t arrive within 30 days, you will be refunded up to 100% order value.

  • Shipping usually takes 3–4 weeks, depending on customs clearance in each country.

  • Orders can only be canceled within 5 hours of purchase.

  • After this, products are already in production and cancellation is not possible.

  • Errors must be reported within 9 hours of purchase.

  • If address is incorrect but package is already shipped, follow tracking link and request changes with your local post office.

  • If order is already processed/shipped → address cannot be changed.

  • Billing address cannot be edited once order is placed.

  • If shipping address is correct, you will still receive the package.
